1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SugarDaddyIndia ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2 — Eligibility

You must be at least 20 years of age to create an account and use this platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 20 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

SugarDaddyIndia is intended for use by individuals in India. Users from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

3 — Account Registration and Verification

To access the platform, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

We manually verify every profile submitted to the platform. By registering, you consent to our verification process. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile at our sole discretion.

Each individual may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.

4 — User Conduct and Community Standards

SugarDaddyIndia is built on respect, discretion, and genuine human connection. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity
• Provide honest and accurate information about yourself
• Use the platform for genuine dating and companionship connections
• Respect the privacy of other members — do not share conversations or personal information outside the platform without consent
• Report suspicious or inappropriate behavior using our reporting tools

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of disrespect toward other members
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonating another person or creating fake profiles
• Soliciting or promoting commercial sexual services — this is a dating platform, not an escort or transactional service
• Sharing another member's personal information without their explicit consent
• Using the platform for illegal activities of any kind
• Posting explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Spamming, soliciting, or advertising external services

Violation of these standards may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5 — Sugar Dating and Legal Compliance

SugarDaddyIndia is a dating platform for consenting adults. Sugar dating — a relationship model built on mutual appreciation, honesty, and lifestyle compatibility — is a legitimate form of adult relationship. Our platform facilitates dating connections between adults in full compliance with Indian law.

SugarDaddyIndia does not facilitate, promote, or permit any form of transactional or commercial sexual exchange. Any member found using the platform for such purposes will be permanently removed.

6 — Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is fundamental to our platform. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We employ end-to-end encryption for all platform communications and never sell your personal data to third parties.

7 — Membership and Payment

Basic profile creation and browsing is free. Premium features — including unlimited messaging, advanced search filters, priority profile placement, and exclusive event access — require a paid subscription.

All payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant payment gateways. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time — your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8 — Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on SugarDaddyIndia — including the brand name, logo, user interface, and underlying technology — are the exclusive intellectual property of SugarDaddyIndia. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9 — Limitation of Liability

SugarDaddyIndia provides a platform for connection — we do not guarantee the accuracy of member profiles, the outcome of any connection, or the conduct of any member. Members interact at their own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SugarDaddyIndia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10 — Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11 — Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
